Tuberculosis is a contagious disease caused by bacteria know as mycobacteria. This disease can affect many parts of the body, including the skin, bones, but mostly the lungs. Tuberculosis cases are increasing in the world, and about one third of people are infected. There's two types of TB, Active TB and Latent TB.
